Conference Registration
NOTE:
- For a paper to be included in the conference proceedings at least one of the authors must be registered at the conference.
- A registered participant may not present more than two papers, but can act as co-author in more than two papers.
Early bird registrations are due before June 25, 2023. The regular fees will automatically be charged if the payment is done after the early bird period.

The registration fee includes:
Welcome reception (on Wednesday september 6, 2023), Guided boat tour on La Garonne & Gala dinner (on Thursday), Lunches and Coffee-breaks during the conference (september 6-8, 2023), Admission to all scientific sessions, Certificate of attendance and Conference documentation.
An optional special event is scheduled for Saturday sept. 9 in the morning. It involves a guided tour with wine tasting at La Cité du Vin. Please note that there is an additional fee of 40 euros associated with this event. Participation in this event is optional, and you may choose not to attend by indicating your preference on the registration form.

PhD students
To benefit from the preferential fee, PhD students must provide an official document clearly stating they are enrolled in a doctoral program. Please send a proof of your Ph.D. student status as soon as possible to the following email address: atmc2023@u-bordeaux.fr
Upon receipt of your registration payment by credit card, the organizing committee will formally confirm your registration by email.
Registration cancellation policy
Cancellations will be refundable :
- from June 10, 2023 to July 1, 2023 : 90% of the total fees will be refunded.
- from July 1, 2023 to July 25, 2023 : 50% of the total fees will be refunded.
- Beyond the later deadline (July 25), there will be no refund.
If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. The cancelled delegate must however complete a registration form providing various data regarding the substitute delegate, such as first and last-name, main affiliation, address, … Substitution requests are allowed until July 25, 2023.
Cancellations and eventual substitutions must be formally notified to the organizing committee through the following email address atmc2023@u-bordeaux.fr
